Join the PPSIG Family

If you are a physical therapist currently in private practice or have an interest in opening a private practice, the Washington State Private Practice Special Interest Group is an invaluable opportunity. Your membership will allow us to continue to have a strong voice in both state and national political activities.

Note: You must be a member in good standing with the APTA and PTWA. (You need not be a member of the national private practice section (PPS) to be a member of the state PPSIG. (Membership in the national PPS is separate from membership in the state PPSIG.)

Two Ways to Join

Online with PayPal, visit Membership Application, fill in the information and be directed to secure PayPal for payment by bank transfer or credit card.
By paper and check, complete this form, and send with a check for $300 ($150 for Associate members, $50 for retired members) made out to PPSIG to:
